How do I find out if my date is available?

Please check our bridal calendar under the "BRIDAL" tab, then "RESERVATIONS". If you see that your date is available, please call us or fill out the form under the "BRIDAL" tab, then "RESERVATIONS" with the requested wedding party information and we will get back with you within 48 hours!

Can you hold my date?

As a courtesy, if we have conversed with a potential bride about their event, we will let the bride know if anyone else should become interested in their date. However, we cannot hold any date without a deposit.

I am ready to book The Beauty Lounge for my special day, what do I do next??

We book two years in advance with a signed contract and a non refundable deposit to reserve your date. Once you are ready to lock down your date, you may stop by the studio during normal business hours to place your deposit. We accept all forms of payment. You may also send your deposit via check by mail or call the salon to pay over the phone with credit card. Please note, that a 3% service fee will be applied if paid via credit card.

How important is it to have my make up professionally done?

Having your make up professionally done is very important. Our artists are trained to create a flattering, flawless look that will last all night long and look perfect in photos for years to come.

What if I am unsure how many members of my wedding party want hair and/or make up services?

If you are unsure how many girls in your wedding party are in need of hair and/or make up services go ahead and book what you know now and later on if time allows we can add on additional services. Typically we allow up to one month in advance for any reasonable amount of services to be added on but we are unable to deduct any services from your bill.

Do you travel to onsite locations?

Yes!! When we reserve a date for a bride we are reserving the entire day and all of our time is dedicated to your event that day. We do require a $500 minimum of services per artist in order to travel on location for any event. If you are unable to meet our minimum have no fear! We are more than happy to schedule you and your friends in our gorgeous studio! Travel fees: Within 10 miles of salon - Complimentary 10 miles or more - $1/mile round trip More than 1 hour away - $2/mile round trip

Do you include false lashes?

Yes, the cost of makeup application always includes false lashes. Lashes are not required but are definitely recommended, they add such wow factor to every look!

What is the best way to contact The Beauty Lounge regarding wedding/event inquiries and other additional questions?

We use email as our primary mode of communication, however for many questions we would love to talk with you over the phone. We service hundreds of clients every year and because of this, once we get most items finalized, we will send quotes and further correspondence via email. We do our best to answer all emails within 24 hours.

Should I schedule a trial appointment?

Absolutely! Trial appointments are always reccommended. The trial is a great way for the bride to come into our studio, meet the team a nd play with different hair and make up ideas. Pictures of looks you love are always welcome!

When should I wash my hair?

Washing the day before you get your hair styled is preferred. If you must wash your hair the day of please make sure you blow dry it or allow it to dry natually. Unless your hair is very curly, please refrain from flat ironing your hair as it will make the hair more resistant to hold a curl.

What should I wear to have my hair and/or make up done?

Wearing a button up, tank top, robe or something that is easy to change out of is best to wear so that your hair and make up will stay in tact without compromising your look. Plus it looks cute in photos too!
